我们继续上一篇公众号文章的内容。

为了最大限度地降低家中漏水损坏的风险,我们应该积极采取措施保护自己的房屋。尤其是对于有过水灾历史的房屋,可能面临难以投保或投保成本较高的情况。

从内部防范

1, 首先最重要的,要知道家中的水关闭阀门的位置。这样在发生漏水事故时,可以第一时间关闭阀门以减少损失。如果外出度假时,也应该考虑在此期间关门阀门。

2,对于会使用到软水管的电气设备,应定期检查是否有断裂或轻微的漏水。绝大多数软水管的使用寿命约10年,如果超过使用年限,应考虑及时更换。

3,定期检查房屋内外的水管管线。

4,家用热水器的使用年限约7至10年,如果超过使用年限,应考虑及时更换。

5,定期检查空调设备,包括室外压缩机,确保滴水盘的清洁和排水管线的畅通。 

6,确保浴缸和淋浴凹槽的水密性得到维护.

7,定期检查房屋的地基墙壁和地板是否有可能让水渗入的裂缝,并检查土壤排水是否不良。

从外部防范

8,定期检查屋顶,特别是在发生暴风、暴雨过后。

9,定期检查屋顶和墙面线的交汇处的防水板,以及屋顶穿透处,如烟囱和天窗。

10,定期检查屋檐和水槽是否堵塞并及时进行清理。 

11,地基附近要保持平整,以确保下雨时,水能及时溜走。

12,门窗应安装防风雨条。

13,定期检查外墙涂料是否有剥落和开裂现象。

14,定期检查阳台和露台,确保排水沟没有杂物,也没有漏水进屋的迹象。

15,定期清除外部排水沟的树叶和其他杂物,防止水倒灌进屋。
