About Aushine Insurance

Local understanding. Clear advice. A lasting relationship.

01 / AUSHINE INSURANCE

Who we are

Aushine Insurance is a privately owned insurance broker and risk advisor based in Melbourne. We work with businesses, professionals, property owners and individuals, building relationships through careful listening, clear explanations and ongoing support.

Our approach is personal: understand the client first, then work through the insurance. We take time to learn what you do, what matters to you and what is changing, so the discussion reflects your situation rather than a standard list of products.

Aushine Insurance Pty Ltd is an Authorised Representative of Metrix Connect Pty Ltd. Our Financial Services Guide explains our services, relationships and remuneration.

02 / OUR SERVICES

What we do

We connect insurance arrangements with the decisions you are making about your business, property and personal assets.

Arrange and review insurance

We help identify relevant insurance needs, prepare the information insurers require, discuss available options and arrange cover on agreed terms. We explain important differences in limits, excesses, exclusions and conditions, and revisit arrangements at renewal or when circumstances change.

Provide practical risk management advice

We help you think through exposures, responsibilities and potential interruptions to your activities. The discussion can highlight areas for closer attention, from asset values and contracts to operational changes and recovery planning, with specialist input sought where needed.

Support you through a claim

We assist with notification, organising information and communication with the insurer as a claim progresses. Our role is to help you navigate the process; the insurer assesses the claim under the applicable policy.

03 / LOCAL UNDERSTANDING

Local experience

Building a business or a life in Australia brings new opportunities—and a different insurance environment. Alongside our local clients, Aushine supports overseas businesses establishing or expanding their Australian operations, and high-net-worth individuals arranging insurance for their assets and activities here.

We bring a local perspective to the details: how an Australian business operates, which entities own the assets, what a lease or project requires, and how property and vehicles are used. We help turn those details into a clear insurance enquiry and arrange cover suited to the circumstances, subject to insurer terms and acceptance.

For overseas enterprises, the conversation may involve premises, equipment, contracts, professional responsibilities and local operations. For private clients, it may bring together a prestige home, valuable contents, investment properties and vehicles. We help you identify what needs local attention and discuss how it relates to any existing arrangements overseas.

04 / PROFESSIONAL PARTNERS

Partner with us

Clients often make insurance decisions alongside business, property, legal and financial decisions. We welcome relationships with accountants, lawyers and other professional advisers who want to help their clients bring those questions together.

You understand your client’s wider plans. We contribute the insurance perspective. When you introduce a client, we take time to understand the circumstances, clarify our role and coordinate the insurance discussion with you where the client agrees. This can be particularly useful when a client starts or acquires a business, enters Australia, buys a property, signs a new contract or reviews significant personal assets.

Our aim is a lasting working relationship that respects your expertise and keeps the client at the centre. Each adviser remains responsible for their own professional advice, and information is shared with appropriate client consent. Let’s discuss how we could work together.
